Studies available for individuals diagnosed with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease or Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) due to Alzheimer’s.

Qualified participants must:

  • Be ages 50-85

  • Have a diagnosis of mild to moderate Alzheimer’s or diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) due to Alzheimer’s

  • Be in good general health. Participants cannot have any of the following: A history of ischemic stroke in the past year, any history of bleeding in the brain (hemorrhagic stroke), cerebral amyloid angiopathy, epilepsy or seizures, a brain tumor, unstable thyroid disorders, unexplained fainting spells, moderate to severe heart failure, angina that limits activity, abnormal heart rhythms (including ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, or Torsade de pointes), a heart attack in the past 6 months, an implanted pacemaker or defibrillator, liver disease such as cirrhosis, bile duct problems, liver cancer, or an active liver infection, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or severe constipation requiring treatment in the past 6 months, HIV, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, schizophrenia or any psychotic disorder, and if male, a history of bladder stones or recurrent urinary tract infections.

  • Be willing to provide blood samples

  • Compensation may be available for qualified participants
